One Net Receptionist monitored contacts
About monitored contacts
With One Net Receptionist, you can monitor the call status of selected contacts so you can see whether they are available for calls. These contacts are shown in your Favourites directory in One Net Receptionist.
To set up or change your monitored contacts
- In Anrufdienste > Vermittlungsplatz, select Bearbeiten.

You or your administrator can set up and change this list in One Net Manager.

You can monitor up to 500 contacts.

- In Anrufdienste > Vermittlungsplatz, select Bearbeiten.
- Enter the name of the contact you want to monitor and select Suchen.
- Select the required contact and select Hinzufügen.
You can select a few contacts at once and add them in bulk.
- Repeat steps 2-3 for each contact you want to monitor. Save the changes.
- Log out of One Net Receptionist and log in again to see the changes.

- In Anrufdienste > Vermittlungsplatz, select Bearbeiten. On the right, you can see the contacts you currently monitor.
- Select the contact you don't want to monitor anymore and select Remove.
You can select a few contacts at once and remove them in bulk.
- Repeat step 2 for each contact you don't want to monitor. Save the changes.
- Log out of One Net Receptionist and log in again to see the changes.
