Managing privacy settings
You can use a set of privacy settings to control your visibility to other One Net Business users and to external callers.
Privacy settings
As a user you can manage these settings:

This setting prevents your contact details from appearing in your organisation’s phone book. |
Meine Kurzwahl ist für Anrufer über den Auto-Attendant nicht wählbar |
If an auto-attendant is set up to let callers reach someone by dialling their extension, this setting prevents callers from reaching you this way. |
Mein Name ist für Anrufer über den Auto-Attendant nicht wählbar |

Niemand kann meinen Anwesenheitsstatus sehen |
This setting prevents other One Net Business users from seeing your availability for calls. For example, you can hide your availability from people using line monitoring or One Net Receptionist. However, you can also refine this setting if you want your availability for calls to be visible to specific users. This setting is not available for virtual users. |
To change your privacy settings
- Select Profil.
- Find the Einzelheiten aus Telefonbuch ausblenden section, and make any necessary changes to the settings listed above.
- If you selected Niemand kann meinen Anwesenheitsstatus sehen but want your status to be visible to specific users, select Bearbeiten and move those users to the Ausgewählte Benutzer list.
