Setting up and managing One Net Anywhere devices
About One Net Anywhere
With One Net Anywhere, you can extend your One Net Business service to any device at any location. With the same One Net Business features on all your devices, you can work efficiently whether you're in the office, on the move or working from home. You can set up devices such as your home phone or personal mobile phone to receive calls coming to your One Net Business phone number. Your One Net Business phone number is displayed on all your incoming calls, presenting a professional business image to your customers and colleagues.

Adding a One Net Anywhere device and changing its settings
You add a One Net Anywhere device by entering the phone number and setting the options you want to apply to it.

Don't use the same mobile phone number for One Net Anywhere and One Net Mobility at the same time.
Once the device has been added, you can create rules to control when the device is active. For example, you may not want to receive any calls overnight. You specify the days and times when the rule applies and the types of phone number or the individual numbers that the rule needs to check.

- To add a device, select Anrufdienste > One Net Anywhere > Hinzufügen.
- Enter the phone number and a description for the device.
- Select Diesen Standort aktivieren to make the device active.

Antwortbestätigung erforderlich
Requires the user to press a button on the dial pad to confirm they agree to take the call. This prevents the device from transferring a call to voicemail because an automatic answering service won't provide the answer confirmation.

This option allows you to use certain call handling features during a call.
Contact your administrator for guidance.
- Select Speichern.
- If you want to enter rules for when the device can receive calls, follow the steps for changing the settings for a device.
- Select Anrufdienste > One Net Anywhere > Anzeigen.
- Select Bearbeiten for the device you want to change.
- Select or clear Diesen Standort aktivieren to activate or deactivate the device.
- You can change the options described in adding a One Net Anywhere device.

Select Regel hinzufügen ... if you want to add any rules for the device.
You can use rules to select times when the device is active or inactive. You can also use rules to select which phones numbers can make calls to the device when it is active.
- Select or clear Aktiv to activate or deactivate a rule.
- Select Bearbeiten to change a rule.
- Select Löschen to remove a rule.
- Select Speichern if you have made any changes.
Managing your One Net Anywhere devices
Once you've added your devices, you can activate and deactivate them and delete them from your Anrufdienste page. You can also change settings that affect all your One Net Anywhere devices.

- Select Anrufdienste > One Net Anywhere > Anzeigen.

Removes the selected device from your One Net Anywhere service.
Aktiv
Activates or deactivates the selected One Net Anywhere device.
Bearbeiten
Displays the settings for the selected One Net Anywhere device.
- If you make any changes, select Speichern at the top or bottom of the page.
