Managing user services
About user services
One Net Business provides a range of services for users, from rejecting anonymous calls and forwarding calls to adding other phones and sharing lines with colleagues.
Some user services can only be set up by an administrator. The instructions for these services are described in the One Net Manager help for administrators. All other user services can be set up by users or by administrators. The instructions for these services are described in the One Net Manager help for users.
Virtual users, such as hunt groups and auto-attendants, may have some user services assigned to them, such as voicemail. As an administrator, you can set up these user services in the same way as you would for normal users.
