About network classes of service
Network classes of service define which types of calls users can make. Administrators can select a class from a pre-defined list for each user.
All other types of calls are barred. Users will be blocked from making these types of calls and an announcement played to notify the user.
Setting network classes of service
To set a network class of service for a user
- If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
- Select a user.
- Select Profil.
- From Wählberechtigungsprofil, select one of the options listed below.

Premium-rate numbers are phone numbers used for special services, such as paging, information or entertainment services. Premium-rate numbers begin with the following prefixes:
- 0164
- 0168
- 0169
- 0900

Special numbers are phone numbers used for a range of services, such as directory assistance, social and online services. Special numbers begin with the following prefixes:
- 115
- 116
- 118
- 11800
- 11810-11899
- 0137
- 0138
- 0180
- 0191-0194
- 0700

Toll-free numbers are phone numbers used for services free of charge. Toll-free numbers begin with the following prefixes:
- 0800
- 0801
