Viewing information about incoming calls
You can choose to get a notification at the bottom of the screen when you receive a call.
During a call you can open a webpage that shows information about the call. You can also choose to always open a webpage.
How many tabs or windows are open in your browser?
If you run One Net Call Centre in multiple tabs or windows of the same browser, notifications won't work.
To switch notifications on or off
- Select Settings > .
- Select or clear Show notifications for calls.
- Choose when to show notifications.
To view call information as a webpage
- From Call console, select the call.
- Select
.
To view call information as a webpage for every call
- Select any call, then select .
- Copy the URL of the webpage.
- Select Settings > General > Show info web page.
- Paste the URL into the text box.
- Select Automatically show info web page for incoming calls.
