Asking Vodafone to trace a malicious call
If you receive a malicious call you can send an automated request from One Net Call Centre for Vodafone to save information about that call. The information is called a call trace.
If you continue to get malicious calls, speak to your local law enforcement. You or they can contact Vodafone to ask them for the call trace.
To ask Vodafone to trace a malicious call
In Call console, do one of the following tasks:
- To send information about the current call, move the pointer over the call and select Trace.
- To send information about a specific call from your list, select the call, and then select Trace.
