Setting up One Net TAPI
To start using One Net TAPI, you need to customise your settings in the Configuration menu.

- In the system tray, right-click
.
- Select Configuration.
Setting up the telephone system
In One Net TAPI, you can set up your telephone system to monitor:
- A single user
- All users in a site
- All users in an enterprise

- In the Telephone System > Mode section, select Single user.

Enter the credentials of the user you want to monitor.

In the Telephone System > Mode section, select Group.

Enter the site administrator username for the site you want to monitor.
The username is your site administrator ID followed by "@onenetbusiness.vodafone.de".Site administrator credentials
You can view your site administrator credentials in One Net Manager, under Standort-Informationen > Administratoren.

Enter the site administrator password.

In the Telephone System > Mode section, select Enterprise.

Enter the enterprise administrator username for the site you want to monitor.
The username is your enterprise administrator ID followed by "@onenetbusiness.vodafone.de".Enterprise administrator credentials
You need to obtain your credentials from your One Net Business team.

Enter the enterprise administrator password.
Managing extensions
One Net TAPI allows you to manage all extensions in your One Net Business system. You can manage the extensions on three different levels:
- As a user
- As a site administrator
- As an enterprise administrator
To add One Net Business extensions for your telephone system
- In the Extensions section, select Add.
- Enter the required values and select Save.
To edit One Net Business extensions for your telephone system
- In the Extensions section, in the list, find the extension you want to edit.
- Highlight the extension and select Edit.
- Enter the required values and select Save.
To remove One Net Business extensions from your telephone system
- In the Extensions section, in the list, find the extension you want to remove.
- Highlight the extension and select Remove.
- Confirm your choice.
Managing dialling rules
You can set up rules for processing the numbers before you dial them or changing the way in which the numbers are displayed in the application.
To add dialling rules for your telephone system
- In the Rules section, select Add.

From Type, select the type of rule you want to set up.
- Use Dialing when you want to modify the number before dialling, for example, add or remove a prefix.
- Use Number replace when you want to change the appearance of specific numbers in One Net TAPI, for example, display only a part of the phone number.
- Enter the required values and select Save.

To edit dialling rules for your telephone system
- In the Rules section, in the list, find the rule you want to edit.
- Highlight the rule and select Edit.
- Enter the required values and select Save.
- In the Rules section, in the list, find the rule you want to remove.
- Highlight the rule and select Remove.
- Confirm your choice.
