Migrating user data

During the initial setup of One Net Business for your organisation, Vodafone enters the names, phone numbers, and other details of all users. This action adds all users to the company's main phone book, unless they are specifically excluded for privacy reasons.

After the system is set up, each user can add details of external contacts into their personal phone book. In One Net Manager, they can enter the data manually or they can import the data listed in a text file in CSV format. Similarly a user can enter or import a list of speed dial numbers. Any information a user enters in One Net Manager is also visible in the personal contact and speed dial lists in One Net Receptionist and One Net Call Centre if the user also uses these applications.
