Step 6 - Going live

After the installation, configuration and number porting phases are completed successfully, you’re ready to go live. Your account will be managed by our One Net Business team. Also, we will set up your Web Ticket account, so you can submit and track any issues that might appear.

You will also receive a link to our customer satisfaction survey in which we ask about your whole One Net delivery. Fill out the survey honestly to help us improve and deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
