After Vodafone receives your organisation's signed purchase order, our team verifies your order. We will call you to arrange the whole One Net Business installation and configuration procedure.
To meet all your requirements and expectations, we will discuss all the configuration details with you.
To make sure everything moves as quickly and smoothly as possible, you need to provide us with the following information:
Site details
The complete range of the landline numbers you want to include in your One Net Business service
Keep your last invoice
An invoice from your current communications provider contains all the details that will help us with porting your landline numbers to One Net Business.
User details
After your welcome call, we will send you an email for each site you order the One Net Business for. This email contains:
You need to verify if the information in the configuration template is correct and send the document back to us with any necessary changes.
You need to run the Remote Quality Check to give us an initial indication of whether your current network setup is compatible with One Net Business. The results of the Remote Quality Check are uploaded to us automatically.
If any modifications and additional work are required to install the equipment successfully, our engineers will contact you to discuss the details
