Address book
You can manage your personal address book or look for contacts in your organization's enterprise directory.
Personal address book
The personal address book is a list of your personal One Net E-fax contacts. Here you can add, edit or remove any contacts from within or outside your organization.

- Select Address book.
- Select Personal address book.
- Select Add new.
- Enter the name and the fax number of the contact you want to add and save the changes.

- Select Personal address book.
- Select
next to the contact you want to remove and confirm the changes.

- Select Address book.
- Select Personal address book.
- Select
next to the contact you want to edit.
- Edit the details and save the changes.
Enterprise directory
The enterprise directory is your organization's contact list. You can search the enterprise directory, but you can't add, edit or remove any contacts here.

- Select Address book.
- Select Enterprise directory.
- Under Search contacts, start typing the name of the contact you're looking for.
- Select Search.
If you want to send a fax, select a number from the Fax number column.
