Missed calls can be answered by your voicemail or all of your calls can be diverted to voicemail when you are unavailable.
To listen to your voicemail

Setting up your voicemail
You can activate or deactivate your voicemail service, and set up options such as when calls are sent to voicemail, how to access your messages and whether to receive an email notification when you have a message. If you want to give callers the option of transferring to another number as well as, or instead of, leaving a message, you can provide the number to transfer to.
On Mac and PC, you can configure all the voicemail features.
To set up your voicemail
- Select

- Select the options you want to enable.

- Select one of the following:
- Send all calls to voicemail
- Send busy calls to voicemail
- Send unanswered calls to voicemail

Forward call settings take precedence over voicemail settings
For example, if you select options to forward unanswered calls to a number and to send unanswered calls to voicemail, your unanswered calls are forwarded to the number you entered.

- Enter your email address.
- If you want to receive copies of your voicemail messages by email, select and enter an email address.

You can give callers the option of transferring to another number as well as, or instead of, leaving a message.

- Select Press '0' to transfer to.
- Enter the required phone number.

You can select the number of rings after which callers are transferred to your voicemail and hear the greeting message.

- From the Number of rings before greeting drop-down, select the required number of rings.

You can prevent your callers from leaving voicemail messages. The callers will still hear your voicemail greeting.
