Parking calls

These features are not available on Android™ tablet and iPad®.
Call parking allows you to temporarily park a call while you carry out a task such as resolving a customer query. When you are ready to resume the call you can retrieve it using the same device or pick it up using another phone in a different location.
If you don't retrieve a parked call after a certain amount of time the call is returned to your extension number.
Call parking is useful if you share your PC with someone else.
