Integrating with Microsoft® Outlook®


This feature is available only on PC.

The One Net app can integrate with and display contact and calendar information from Microsoft Outlook.

The supported versions are:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2007
  • Microsoft Outlook 2010 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Outlook 2013 (32-bit or 64-bit)
  • Microsoft Outlook 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit)

When the One Net app is integrated with Microsoft Outlook, your availability changes automatically to reflect the start and end of meetings you accepted or organised.

All-day meetings don't influence your availability.

Setting up Microsoft Outlook integration


In your organisation's Microsoft Outlook contact list, your instant message (IM) address must be the same as your email address.

  1. Select .
  2. From the drop-down at the top, select Integrations.
  3. Select Enable Outlook plugin integration to integrate your Microsoft Outlook with the One Net app.
  4. Select Enable Outlook contact search to give the One Net app access to your Microsoft Outlook contact list.
  5. Select Enable Outlook calendar to give the One Net app access to your Microsoft Outlook calendar.

You can also install the Microsoft Outlook plugin during the One Net app installation process.
