Call waiting
If you receive a call when you're already on a call, you will hear a tone to indicate that there is another call waiting. The new caller hears the normal ringing tone until the call is answered.
Switching between an active and a held call

This feature is only available on iPhone® and Android™ phone.
If you have two calls: one active and one held, you can switch between them using the mid-call control screen. Switching between calls is also called swapping calls.

To switch between calls
- On the mid-call control screen, select Swap.
Your active call is put on hold. Your held call becomes active.
