I can't use mid-call control

What's the problem?

Mid-call control in the One Net app on my mobile phone doesn't work.

Why does this happen?

You can't use mid-call control for one of the following reasons:

  • You haven't configured the service in your application.
  • Vodafone hasn't activated the service for you yet.
