UK Requirements for One Net Business applications
When I tried to set up my snom® desk phone it showed the message Sending DHCP request. Now it shows the error message Redirection Provisioning ETA xx secs.
Your desk phone is connected to the network but cannot reach the DHCP server to get an IP address.
Ask your organisation's network or IT administrator to check the IP address of your desk phone against the list of IP addresses used by your organisation.
If your organisation uses fixed IP addresses, there could be a conflict. Your network or IT administrator may be able to solve the conflict.
Ask your organisation's network or IT administrator to check your firewall settings.
Your desk phone might not be able to contact One Net Business through your organisation's firewall.
Contact the One Net Business team.
Talk to the One Net Business administrator in your company. They understand your system best.
