Availability rules

This feature is available only on PC.
You can set up rules to decide what happens when your availability changes. For example, you can forward your calls to another number when you're away.
Rule |
Description |
---|---|
No rules | When your availability status changes, no additional actions happen. |
Forward to | When your availability status changes, all your incoming calls are forwarded to the phone number you specify. |
Silent alert mode | When your availability status changes, you receive calls without the ring signal. |
Setting availability rules

- Select

- Select Services.
- In the Availability Rules section, for each status, select the rule you want to activate.

Availability rules only work if you don't set up these actions somewhere else.
