Dial plan

A dial plan defines how a sequence of dialled digits is interpreted. The plan allows the administrator to outline what has to be dialled to:

  • Make site calls
  • Make calls outside the site
  • Activate features

To set a dial plan policy for a site

For administrators only

  1. If you're an enterprise administrator, select the required site.
  2. Select Standortprofil > Wählplan.
  3. To define the settings specific to the site, select Eigene Einstellungen.
  4. In the Externes Ziffernmuster box, enter a dial plan sequence.

    You can also define a separate dial plan for site-only calls in the Internes Ziffernmuster box.

  5. If you want an access code to be obligatory for calls outside the site, select Amtsholungskennziffer für externe Anrufe.

    To add an exception to this rule for calls in the international format, select Anrufe im internationalen Format (+49 xxx) zulassen.
