Making and answering calls

To answer and make calls, you need to use your desk phone. When you're logged in to Go Integrator, you can also make calls from the:

  • Toolbar
  • Presence window
  • Contact records
  • Content copied to your clipboard

Use a handset with Go Integrator

To use Go Integrator when you're making and answering calls, you need to register a handset as your primary audio device.

To check a recent call history

  • In the main menu of Go Integrator, select Call History.

To call a contact from the Presence window

  1. In the Presence window, search for the contact you want to call.

  2. Highlight the contact.

  3. Select .

  4. On your desk phone, answer the call.

    One Net Business starts the call to the selected contact.

To make a call from Toolbar

  1. In the system tray, right-click .
  2. Select Toolbar.

  3. Select .

  4. Enter a number to dial.

  5. Select .

To make a clipboard call

  1. With clipboard dialling enabled, copy the phone number you want to call.

    In the bottom-right corner of your screen, a window pops up.

  2. Select the window to make the call.

  3. On your desk phone, answer the call.

    One Net Business starts the call to the selected contact.

To view a contact record

  • In the incoming or active call window, select an icon of the CRM or database application where you want to see the full details of your contact.

To make a call from the contact record

  1. In the contact record window, select the 'make a call' icon next to the phone number you want to call.

  2. On your desk phone, answer the call.

    One Net Business starts the call to the selected contact.

To put a call on hold

  • In the active call window, select .

To resume a held call

  • In the active call window, select .
